Main Course (Rice & Curry Bowl – choose one per guest):

A plentiful bowl of dhal, okra, onion and green chilli sambol, pol sambol and mango chutney, served on a bed of rice, with your choice of:

• Ceylon Chicken Curry (H)
• Cadju (Vg) (N)
• Vaira’s Jaggery Beef (H) 

Dessert:

• Watalappam, Sri Lanka’s famous spiced coconut set custard.
